Femoral Single Tunnel Construction

The video below shows a single femoral tunnel that mimics a double tunnel in that it extends all the way down to the bottom of the femoral attachment. Paired with an ovalized tibial tunnel, which covers the anatomic tibial footprint, this reconstruction mimics the natural footprint of the native ACL. The video shows both empty tunnels and then the graft in place.
