Femoral Double Tunnel Construction

The video below shows the complete technique for a double femoral tunnel, ovalized tibial tunnel ACL reconstruction.Firt is shown the drilling of the ovalized tibial tunnel. Then external shots of the femoral tunnel drilling are shown. Finally, the drilling of both the anteromedial and posterolateral femoral tunnels are shown from the inside view. After the tunnels are completed, the graft is pulled through and fixed in place.
